We have proved that the set up of a lot of the events staged around the UK are purely for profit, W.S.A are proud to be skint because then they know what they are doing is for those who need it, and not those " who want it ", for those there are the 'PROPER'  events

Volunteers are the only way that this event can take place, that includes the MC "the undecorated veteren" 4DEE who stands on the stage all day, keeping the crowd hype, announcing the dancers and usualy giving a quick Rap or beatbox, and believe me standing on a warm stage from 10am till 5pm is hard work. The judges, who give up their time in return for a bit of lunch and travel costs,  the runners and adjuicators who do grand job of keeping me on my toes and not forgetting the DJ who despite being a very competent young man, ends up in a right state by the end of the day, but I have to say that last year he had it  sussed, by sitting down with each team captian and sorting the music before he even contemplated entering the dj booth.
